Professional Experience
My background is in leading sales organizations and companies, both in corporate environments and in mid-sized businesses, in various roles up to Managing Director and Vice President. I have always operated under the motto "power for the employees"—only motivated employees are satisfied and successful employees.
This topic of leadership continues to inspire me, which is why I made the transition from being an employed executive to running my own company. And now, I often ask myself why I didn’t make this move 10 years earlier.
