My focus in advising our prospects is on opening up new conceptual options and imparting knowledge on the topic of franchising. Many of the people I speak with have had little exposure to the topic of "self-employment as a franchisee." So I clarify the possibilities and requirements before we look into interesting business models in detail. I see the added value for those interested in my offer in this concentrated transfer of knowledge, which I tailor individually to our customers during the advisory process.

I have lived in England for many years, where entrepreneurship is a very lively topic. IoE offers me a unique opportunity to engage with the many facets of this topic in my daily work, constantly meet new business models, and inspire and advise our prospects as an independent third party. For me, IoE is "the best of both worlds."

Professional Experience
The foundations of my career were laid in marketing. In my early days, it was in print media, and later in digital marketing with a focus on video production. From these experiences, I learned to perceive the needs of a wide variety of clients and design individual solutions. Later, in leadership positions, I delved deeper into strategic, business management, and personnel issues. All this knowledge and experience enable me today, as a consultant at IoE, to empathize with the individual situation of our customers and, in an exchange at eye level, to develop tailored solutions.
